Wet Casting
The series of wet casting machines are used in the production of prestressed concrete products with special attributes such as exposed wire and corrugated top surface.

The WF Wet Casting machine casts components in one phase using a vibratory method without formwork.
To start producing another component, it is enough to replace the finishing mold mounted on the machine. This is a quick and simple operation.
Standard heights range from 60 mm to 300 mm, and widths up to 1200 mm. Different widths are available depending on customer requirements.
The heights of the parts, as well as the thickness of the vertical ribs, can be changed within certain limits, depending on the application and required specifications of the part.

The finishing mold is the part of the machine that molds the concrete parts produced.
The mold can be changed easily and quickly and does not require the intervention of specialized personnel
If necessary, the mold can be equipped with a guillotine and a rammer.
The finishing mold can be equipped with a guillotine plate that is moved downward during casting to leave the wires exposed. The guillotine moves hydraulically and ensures accurate finishing of the part. Guillotine positioning is controlled by a laser device, which guarantees reliability and precision.
The finishing mold can be equipped with a rammer plate that is lowered during casting to create a wavy finish on top of the part.
