SIRIO 6RZ56 SUPERLIGHT

The SIRIO 6rz56 SUPERLIGHT is the longest SERMAC pump in the SUPERLIGHT series. All 6rz56 pump models imported to the Polish market are built on 5 – axle chassis. The addition of a fifth torsion axle gives the ability to lower the pressure on the axles below 9.2 tons. The total weight of the set on a 5-axle chassis is less than 42 tonnes. The pump equipped with a 6 - section boom with a span of 56 m folding in the "RZ" is very convenient to manoeuvre. Due to its small weight, the outriggers are spread out to a width of only 10.5 m at the front and 10.2 at the rear. The pump built on the car is only 13.9 m long. The SIRIO 6rz56 pump is known for its well - designed separation of the boom into sections-it handles construction more easily and efficiently than pumps that are longer but have a different boom geometry. As with other models, SERMAC uses retractable telescopic front outriggers to produce such long pumps. This solution is an additional plus of setting up the machine on the construction site. The pump is extremely successful in Poland.

S8 and G9 pumping units are available.

The S8 pumping unit gives us capacity and pressure from the piston side: 150m3 / hour and 76 bar.

The G9 pumping unit gives us capacity and pressure from the piston side:
- 100m3 / hour and 85 bar
- 158m3 / hour and 80 bar
- 194m3 / hour and 80 bar

A classic and twin-wall 125 mm pipe versions are available, but for larger models such as the SIRIO 6rz56 SUPERLIGHT, twin-wall piping is recommended.
